Shipping
- Delivery Options: We offer a variety of delivery options to accommodate the needs of our customers, including air shipping, ground transportation, and personal delivery services. Availability may vary based on your location and the specific needs of the kitten.
- Carrier Partners: Our kittens are transported via reputable carrier partners who specialize in pet transportation, ensuring that your new companion travels in comfort and safety.
- Health and Safety: Prior to shipping, each kitten undergoes a final health check to confirm they are fit for travel. Our carriers are equipped with climate-controlled environments and are designed to meet the needs of the kittens during their journey.
- Travel Arrangements: We handle all travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary planning. We aim to provide the most direct and comfortable route for the kitten to minimize stress and travel time.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery method, distance, and specific care requirements during transit. We will provide a detailed quote and include all costs upfront, with no hidden fees.
Pick-up Options
- On-site Pick-up: Adopters are welcome and encouraged to pick up their new kitten directly from our location. This allows you to meet us, see where your kitten has been raised, and avoid the stresses of shipping for your new pet.
- Meet-up: In some cases, we can arrange to meet you at a convenient location within a certain radius to reduce travel stress for the kitten and convenience for you.
Responsibilities of the Adopter
- Upon delivery, the adopter is responsible for inspecting the kitten for any signs of stress or health issues immediately. Any concerns should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
- It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure they are prepared to receive their kitten, including having the necessary supplies and an appointment with a veterinarian for a post-travel check-up.
